Finally – Our Online-Shop is ready!

We have been working hard to develop the perfect Umadum online store. But now it’s finally ready! Now you are able to book and buy tickets, vouchers, our season ticket or the special rides easily and comfortably online at any time and from anywhere. After the payment we will send you a QR Code, which you can save on your smartphone or print it out. At your favorite date you will pass the Umadum cash desk, we will scan your code and off you go!

How does it work?

First you select the number of tickets and put them in the shopping cart. Once you have confirmed your data in the shopping cart, the purchase can be completed with the payment. As soon as you have received the QR code from us, we welcome you at any time at the Observation wheel. Our tickets are valid for 12 months!

If you order an season ticket, you will also receive a QR code. If you visite us at the observation wheel, you will be issued your season ticket upon presentation of the QR code. From this point on, it is valid for 12 months.

If you want to book a special ride, you have to send an e-mail to reservierung@umadum.info at least three days before your desired date in addition to your purchase in the store. Our team will contact you about the further procedure.

Vouchers can currently only be ordered via reservierung@umadum.info!

Christmas is coming up soon and each of us asks ourselves like every year: “What do I give my loved ones on Christmas Eve?” Especially after this challenging year, this Christmas should become especially sensual. With the help of our new online shop, you can give unique and unforgettable experiences to family and friends.

With the Umadum season ticket your loved ones can enjoy an entire year (from the date of issue) of umadum rides as often as he/she wants to. You can also give a voucher for christmas. Here you can choose whether it should be a voucher with a value of your choice, one of our special rides or a single ticket voucher. All vouchers can also be ordered at reservierung@umadum.info.
