On Saturday, May 9, 2026, all of Munich will transform into one giant stage: The Long Night of Music once again invites you to experience the city’s diverse music scene up close. Over 400 live acts in a single evening—from classical to electronic, from jazz to pop—at a wide variety of venues: theaters, churches, bars, cafés, hotels, bookstores, climbing gyms, and—most notably— in Germany’s largest Ferris wheel: the Umadum in the Werksviertel-Mitte!

We will also be taking part in this unique night and celebrating music with you in a very special way. In cooperation with the district of Upper Bavaria and Upper Bavaria's popular music commissioner, the Umadum Ferris wheel will be transformed into a concert stage at lofty heights. In selected gondolas, musicians and bands from Munich and Upper Bavaria will present an exclusive 15-minute showcase concert - very private, up close and with a breathtaking view over the glowing city.
